I don't know much about this Sigma by Martin guitar except that it's amazing, and that the brown Mahogany is hard to find. It's in fantastic condition except for a one-inch cracked spot on the lap side. The crack is stable, is fixable and doesn't affect playing at all. It still sounds amazing and plays fluidly. Snap it up for a c-note less than I'd charge otherwise!
