About This Listing

This is a Hirade Model 30.... who knew there was ever a Model 30?? I was able to find several obscure references to Model 30, I believe that there were very few of these made. It has ceda top, rosewood back and sides, and I'm sure it has lived a very interesting life so far!
At one time it had MIDI pickups installed, thus the round connector hole in the lower bout. The MIDI System has been replaced with a  BAGGS Anthem System. It plays very well, but has several cracks in the top, which have been repaired and stabilized. It has seen its share of small dents and scratches and also appears that it was exposed to sunlight, because of some apparent bleaching, especially on one side.
The rosewood appears unique and I assume to be the Indian variety, but it has some indicators that it could be Brazilian. It's a very playable guitar with a balanced and sweet tone. Used hardshell case included.
 Please call me with questions!
Regards,
Chuck
