About This Listing

When considering any purchase, know exactly who you are dealing with. Please read our ‘about us’ page.

We have a really sweet Klira Twen Star in stock! We’re suspecting its circa 1965 / 66. The bass plays, performs and sounds terrific. The tonal signature is like a cross between a Vox and a Hofner. The neck has just about perfect to spec relief – Fairly straight from the 0 fret to 12 then a delicate downward slope. The action is low and she plays terrific. The neck set is factory and issue free as are the frets. This bass has the non signature tail piece. The bridge saddle was properly re-radiused by us for proper action and radius. These are usually wrong straight from the factory. Logo as usual is long gone. This is a very capable vintage bass at half the price of a Hofner. We received this naked and we’re including a new quality gig bag. Bass displays typical player wear and patina for a 55 year old instrument.
