1590B enclosure drilling jigs

These jigs are set up to help you drill eighth-inch pilot holes in the front, top/bottom, and sides of a Hammond 1590B enclosure. The top/bottom jigs include two holes evenly spaced for a pair of audio jacks. The front includes six holes for potentiometers in different arrangements of 1, 2, 3, or 4 as well as three holes for switches or lights. The sides include two holes for a power jack or switch. There are two copies each of the top/bottom and side jig so you can use one for drilling and the other for holding the enclosure upright while drilling. The back of the 1590B is flat, so there's no need to cradle it while drilling the front.

These are printed in strong and attractive gray pro PLA. I recommend using them with a drill press; I think a hand drill would chew them up too quickly. If you're interested in a different size or configuration, please drop me a line.
