This guitar was made with all solid woods as well as curly maple bindings and wood purflings. It has a beautiful gloss finished body and faceplate, and a smooth satin-finished neck. It's got a wonderful feel, and for a very small body guitar, the tone is superb.
Engelmann spruce is a popular soundboard wood for its strength and overtones. “Engelmann is a good choice for players who want a more complex sound when playing softly,” says Dana Bourgeois.
