This lightly aged relic Fender Tele control plate has a slanted switch slot, reverse volume and tone, and an awesome 5 tone Tele Bill Lawrence wiring mod, giving you 5 distinct tones from your regular 2 Pickup Tele. All cloth wiring, 5-way switch, CTS “MOJO” Tone pots, with treble bleed, orange drop, and ceramic disc capacitors. The volume and tone knobs are reversed. Some players prefer to have the volume knob further from their strumming / picking hand while playing.
Two high quality lightly aged Gotoh Japan knobs are included, alone with a lightly aged black Daka Ware switch tip.
