Item Description

The Technics SL-1100, released in 1974 during the “Golden Era” of Japanese high-fidelity audio equipment, is a Japanese-made direct-drive turntable with a stellar reputation for stability and robustness. In particular, the SL-1100 is renowned for its accurate and stable rotation speed, ensuring the highest quality pitch reproduction possible. The motor is driven by an ultra-low-speed electronic control which is unaffected by power supply voltage and frequency fluctuations. The platter clocks in at 2.0 kg and 35 cm. The SL-1000 was revolutionary for its time, and it still remains exceptional today.

This turntable is in very good condition, though it shows some aging and signs of use, including some scratches and rusty parts (please see photos). The dust cover also has some scratches (please refer to dust cover policy below). It has been tested by our professional technician, confirming its flawless operation. It doesn't come with cartridge, headshell and hinges.
