About This Listing

Marshall ShredMaster

Year: 1990s

Origin: England

Power requirement: 9v standard polarity power supply or battery (neither are included)

Modifications: None

Cosmetic Condition: Very Good condition with some oxidation/rust on the back of the pedal only. Overall condition is an 8 out of 10

Operational Condition: Fully-Functioning

The now legendary Marshall Shredmaster has earned its status with its natural, overdriven sound that can take you from late-60's Blues Rock to 80's shred and a contour knob that can punch you in the gut with Classic Marshall Mid-range or suck out the mids for an early-90s Pantera, Metallica crunch. Oh, yeah..and Johnny Greenwood uses one. You're going to want this 90's classic in your pedal arsenal.

Of course any description of the ShredMaster would be incomplete without acknowledging this pedal's great history in the unlikely hands of alternative and Shoegaze heroes like Johnny Greenwood and Kevin Shields of My Bloody Valentine. This is one of the finest and most versatile overdrives ever made and your pedal board, studio and life will be that much better for having it.
