About This Listing

Vintage 1960's Hagstrom HIIB / F400 Bass! It's in good condition with wear level understandable for an instrument of its age. The frets have plenty of life left on them. Pickups are medium output and clean but can be raised up for quite a punch. Neck has some flaking of the original varnish but neck plays smooth. There are some scratches and a small white paint scuff on the lower back. The electronics are in complete working order. Bass sounds great with flatwounds as well as roundwounds. Bass is extremely lightweight and the neck is super thin. Truss Rod is intact and fully adjustable to a setup of your liking. Bass will be shipped in big box pictured after being completely wrapped in bubble wrap. No case. Ships to lower 48 states only.
