Mid-Missouri Mandolin Co MM-8 Mandolin with Hard Case

Up for sale, this "Mini-Mo" is an excellent mandolin, thin body, big full sound and it plays great! Mid-Missouri Mandolin Co. is the older name for Big Muddy Mandolin out of Columbia Missouri. This model MM-8 is build the same as the current MM-8 model: (here's the write up from their website)

"Walnut backs and sides. Spruce top.  Rosewood fretboard and bridge.

This mandolin is built like an electric guitar.  The body is 3/4" thinner than our standard mandolin, and the neck is built separately and joined together with screws.

It is not a 'smaller' mandolin. It is full scale. The name came about as it was being developed at the time the movie 'The Spy Who Shagged Me' came out and it is titled after the 'Mini Me' character in the movie. Sorry."

The mandolin is in excellent used condition, light signs of wear, light fret wear and has been well mantained. The case is a little big for it at the headstock - but fits the body well. The case has good latches, a strong handle and is in good shape too.
