Highly sought after Hohner HG310, hand made in Japan in the late 70s. I got this from the original owner who bought it new back when. Has been in the case for a long time and still sounds amazing. A few marks and scuffs I've detailed in the photos. Bridge is very sound, no lift. Neck is solid, some separation near the heel but minimal, also in pics. Truss rod looks good. Neck has never been reset but could be an option in the future if you want the action really low. Some scuffs on headstock. OHSC is in good condition.
As for the build, I'm prerty sure the top is solid spruce top and the back and sides are veneered rosewood. No one seems to know and there is a higher model, the 320, that might be all solid woods but might have some veneer too. Regardless, the woods are great and the construction is excellent. Tone is balanced dreadnaught with nice low end, Martin-esque. Awesome craftsmanship from back in the day.
It does have a rosewood fretboard with snowflake inlays, and herringbone rosette and purfling, and abalone headstock inlay. It is essentially a Martin HD-28 copy with a two-piece back. The neck is medium thickness with a slight V carve.
