Peerless PGC65 Sunburst 2008 Jumbo Acoustic Guitar Read Description

Here for sale we have a Peerless PGC65, a jumbo acoustic guitar made in Korea. This guitar has an all solid construction, utilising Mahogany for the back and sides and Spruce for the top, whilst this is generally a very popular combination it is not as commonly seen on Jumbo guitars. The result is a big yet warm sound, brilliant for strumming in particular but still sounds great when fingerpicked.

The neck has a medium sized ‘C’ shaped profile, it is a non offensive shape and feels great to play. The guitar has a 25 ½ scale length and a nice flat 15 ¾ radius.

More details can be found in our Luthier Report however this guitar has had a cleat crack which has been professionally repaired. Even with this repair this is still a lot of guitar for the money.

Please note the cleat crack repair to the body. The guitar had a crack at some point in its life and the scar is still visible. It is a solid repair and does not affect playability but it is structural and goes all the way through the top

Further Notes

The guitar is in overall good condition and stable even with the reported cleat crack which has been repaired. The action may want bringing up on the bass side if you are a heavier player. A good guitar overall!
