Dax&Co. Refinished and Aged Gibson Les Paul "Dirty Cherry-Burst" Relic W/Case & COA!

Looking for an eye popping sunburst Gibson Les Paul? Then check out this "dirty cherry-burst" refinish that will leave people drooling!!!

Fresh out of the Dax&Co. Custom Shop is this amazing, genuine USA Gibson Les Paul Traditional Pro II from 2015-17 that we've refinished to a very unique burst, then aged to look and feel like a vintage guitar!

We've disassembled the guitar and stripped the finish on the top (originally wine-red), then refinished with thin nitrocellulose lacquer into an amazingly warm burst that shows some unique grain...meticulously aged to look vintage...right down to the smallest screw!

All of the binding was yellowed and aged to look like real vintage binding (check out the checking ;)

The Nashville bridge is gone (good riddance)! We've filled the holes and re-tapped them for a vintage style ABR-1.

The finish was stripped from the back of the neck...the grain filled and sealed, and the edges of the neck were hand rolled for a SUPER soft, fast, vintage feel. (60's neck w/ no fretwear)

The neck pickup is a "Bareknuckle Manhattan" P-90 with a Seymour Duncan Antiquity humbucker in the bridge.

The truss rod cover was converted to a vintage style. The rosewood fretboard darkened to look more like vintage Brazilian. Aged nickel Grover tuners keep perfect tune.

Hand wired Gibson pots with all high quality components.

Any high frets were leveled and the guitar is completely set up with USA GHS 10's and ready to rock!

ONE NOTE ABOUT THE COLOR:  The pics were taken in different lighting and different angles which seems to define more colors on the spectrum in some light. In bright sun it can look more red. Inside however it looks more like a darker orange. Most likely it will appear less red in real life I would say. Compare the last two pics...one taken outside for reference...the next taken inside for comparison.

All in all...a TON of work has gone into this guitar...making it an unforgettable guitar...DON'T MISS IT!
