For your consideration a 1963 Gibson SG Special Plectrum with a Cherry finish! At the turn of the century the Banjo was king! As guitars became all the rage, you'd often find the banjo player switch a tenor or plectrum guitar. Gibson made a handful of different tenor models over the years but their Plectrum models are extremely rare to come by. In fact this was most likely special ordered from the factory in 1963 as it has their "Custom" truss rod cover. Tenor guitars have a 22-3/4" scale length, this SG Special Plectrum has a 26.5"! The original frets are in excellent condition! Brazilian rosewood fingerboard! Awesome custom 4 pole P-90! We currently have it tuned like a guitar with out its low strings to make life easier!
