Killer 2006 Epiphone Les Paul Special LQ in excellent condition with hardshell case.
Crafted exclusively for the Japanese market at the renowned Fujigen factory alongside the top shelf Elitist line, this Les Paul Special was part of the very limited Lacquer Series run. Authorized by Gibson, this LP Special features the unmistakable open book headstock shape with proper 17 degree pitch, a solid mahogany body and neck, long neck tenon and a thin catalyzed lacquer finish.
Upgraded with Lollar P-90s. Bridge and stopbar tailpiece upgraded with Gotoh light wieght aluminum (originals included in the sale.) Full sized pots with orange drop caps. Everything works as it should.
2 peice Mahogany body with beautiful Cherry finish has minor dings and dents, typical of normal use. (See photos for conditon.) Frets are in great shape with minimal wear. The headstock has some dings as well and the Silkscreen text has faded a little over time, but not as much as it looks in the photos.
Neck has a nice chunky 50's C profile and a bone nut. They really nailed it on this one!
