Stewart MacDonald Fret Press Caul with 6 Inserts

This is such a handy tool that I actually bought it twice. I discovered this just the other day while rooting through my toolbox and much to my surprise there it was, unused and unopened. Obviously I don't need two of these, so here it is brand new and up for grabs. 

This self-leveling steel fretting caul from StewMac has a 3/8" shank to fit your shop arbor press or your drill press allowing you to accurately press in your frets. This results in a better transfer of string energy/vibration through the instrument which can increase sustain and greatly improve tone and playability. This kit normally comes with five inserts, but I added the 10" insert to bring the total number of inserts to 6. Radii included here are 6", 7-1/4", 9-1/2",10", 12" and 16". Additional inserts can be purchased directly through StewMac.

Retail for this set (with the extra insert) runs $95.40 plus tax and shipping. I can't help you with the tax, but I can sell you this kit for $75 and ship it to you for FREE.
