A nearly perfect Seagull Concert Hall acoustic-electric in natural finish, which I bought on Reverb nearly a year ago. I bought this marked as "blemished"--the seller reported that the factory glue under the bridge had failed, and he reglued the bridge. I can see no evidence of any defect or repair. I'm pasting his description below in case you're interested.
As an OM-style guitar, it's got a balanced, clear, and woody tone that's nice for fingerstyle playing, but also good for strumming. The relatively wide nut and string spacing also makes it nice for fingerstyle, and for any player with big hands or fat fingers. Good sustain and clear separation between notes. The neck is very comfortable--I would describe it as a very soft V--with a satin finish that always feels fast and never sticky. I haven't made any changes to the set-up since acquiring it. I've been stringing it with 12s and the action is low and easy, with no buzzing anywhere on the fretboard.
I always thought the stock tuners felt a bit junky, and last time I changed the strings the G-string machine seized up entirely. I've just replaced them with a set of gold Gotoh 510 Minis(~$90, 18:1 ratio), which are silky smooth and make very fine tuning easy and pleasant. They are really a tremendous upgrade and give this already great-sounding instrument a more luxurious feel.
I don't really want to get rid of this guitar, but I'm getting very into classical and need to make room for something with nylon strings around the house.
Original TRIC case included, along with the Planet Waves hanging humidifier pictured.
