This is a 1976 Guillermo Del Pilar classical guitar in very good + + condition. This guitar looks, plays, and sounds great!  The basses & mids are clear.  The trebles are sweet & lyrical.  It is well balanced and very comfortable to play.  This is a true handmade instrument from a highly regarded builder.

This guitar has a 655mm scale length and measures 54mm at the nut.  It has a spruce top, mahogany sides/back, ebony fingerboard, and a rosewood bridge.  The bridge may have been re-guled sometime  in its life.  There is a small amount of glue in places right around the bridge. The bridge is original & firmly mounted to the top. This guitar has his signature inlay on the back of the headstock.

Here is a link to  great article on Guillermo Del Pilar  from  the February 3, 1993  NY Times.  nytimes.com/1993/02/03/nyregion/master-guitar-makers-are-leery-of-their-art.html
This is a wonderful guitar,  from a very well known maker.  Someone is going to be very happy.
