In the early 2000's, Music Man made these in the USA under their own name. Very close to the StingRay, but with a body made of Poplar, texteured black finish, a painted neck, and an active two band EQ vs. the StingRays 3band. Sounds alot like a 70's StingRay. They now make them under the Sterling name, some USA built, some import.
Included is a nice Roadrunner gigbag. Bass just had a fresh setup and strings. Small dings & dents, but nothing deep or out the ordinary. Pro owned and maintained very well.
