Arnold Hoyer built a lot of instruments during the golden age of German guitar making between the 50s and the 80s. It was built 1954 and was fully handmade. At the time this was probably an expensive Archtop acoustic. I love the look and style with it's Art Deco headstock and pickguard. It definitely has a Django Reinhardt look and feel. The neck is round and fat. Probably a 7.25" radius. It's not a masterpiece or museum quality. It's been played and had some work done to it. I don't know the history of the guitar so I can't say what was fixed or broken but it looks like the neck has been reset maybe. It has some battle scares, scratches and dings. But it's got a cool vibe! It doesn't have a case.
