Blackheart BH5H Little Giant Half Stack

Looking for a great low-wattage, simple control amp? This 5W head/speaker half stack ROCKS. Even though it's 5W, it's got a LOT of sound, and even at low settings has great punch. The head features one EL84 power and one 12AX7 preamp tube, Bass/Middle/Treble/Volume controls, and FIVE output jacks (4 ohm, 8 ohm, and 16 ohm). You can definitely drive a 4x12 with it, but it sounds fantastic through the 1x12 extension cabinet, with a custom-voiced speaker by Eminence.

This thing absolutely KICKS. Single coil guitars sparkle with the tube overdrive, and humbuckers drive it even further into rock. It breaks up nicely at higher volumes and has a nice range of tones with the 3-band EQ. Crank it up, and it'll give a really nice breakup. Roll off the guitar's volume and it cleans up beautifully thanks to the Class A power circuit.

Lastly, if you're into modifications, these Blackheart amps are built to be easy to mod. The circuit boards are heavy duty, easy to access, and have plenty of space to work with.
