Sardonyx 4 string Bass 1978 Black

Very rare 1974 Sardonyx bass. Very few of instruments were made, they were created by a luthier in ny. The guitar version was made famous by John Lennon used on his Double Fantasy album. Excellent condition, with some minor signs of wear shown in pics. All original with it's original wooden (!) hard shell case. This 'Klingon Warship' of a bass is incredible sounding. I kid you not - Very powerful, resonant, and fat sounding. The Sardonyx is surprisingly light weight ,weighing in at 8lbs. You won't just be the only kid on your block with one of these, you'll be the only kid in the friggen' country!
