Vintage 47 Ric Style Supreme Valco Supro Replica Amp 2010's Black

This is a lightly used Vintage 47 Ric Style Supreme Valco replica amp. The amp is in great working condition. There is only some light peeling on a couple of the seams of the tolex and some small scuffs, nothing extreme. This amp was just gone over by Accutech Audio in Hartford, CT and given a clean bill of health. All the solder joints were inspected and touched up, tubes were tested etc. The power cord was a bit flimsy and was replaced with a sturdier, longer unit. This amp will include the original hang tag and an additional NOS RCA 6SQ7 pre-amp tube. This is about as loud as a 5e3 tweed deluxe. Tonally, it's a touch warmer and rounder. Very old school, crunchy jump blues tone! This is one of the original Dave Barnes builds, not the newer California made units. Cost on these are now $825 plus shipping. The Rickenbacker inspired cabinet design boasts the all octal tube Valco Supreme 12 watt class AB push pull ciruit. The speaker is a 12 inch alnico magnet Ted Weber signature. The finger jointed baltic birch cabinet is covered in black tolex. This amp has that amazingly thick & saturating Valco sound in spades! Capable of clean jazz to over the top overdrive. An incredible harp mic with great feedback control due to the interactive tone & volume controls. This amp has always been one of our more requested models.
