Ovation 1624-4 Country Artist 1977 Natural Nylon String

Ovation 1624-4 Country Artist guitar.  One of the more unique Ovation models.  A nylon string for steel string finger pickers.  It has a traditional flat classical fingerboard, but the nut width is a slim 1 7/8 inch compared to the typical 2 inch width of a standard classical.  The neck joins at the 14th fret, which also differs from a standard classical.  The bowl is the slightly shallower artist depth.  This guitar is acoustic/electric and has the first generation Ovation FET pre-amp and single volume control knob.  

Guitar looks like it was hardly played.  There are NO cracks (finish or wood) on the soundboard.  The side of the neck has a slight ding at the fifth fret (see picture and video).  Beautiful finish on the top...with a slightly orange shade.
