This 7lb, lightweight beauty is a heavy-hitter, made of gorgeous, highly figured swamp cypress. It has a rosewood fingerboard, and Bluesman Vintage hand-wound 523 Tele-style pickups (523s use a combination of Alnico 5, 2 and 3 magnets to give you a warm, fat tele tone while still maintaining that traditional, Nashville telecaster spank). This is what a Tele is supposed to sound like!!
This guitar is good to go. The action is low, the sanded/aged neck is slim & fast. In fact, the neck is setup using the Erlwine Neck Jig for the best fretwork you can find on a guitar. And the Bigsby B5 tremolo is smooth and versatile, making this guitar even more special than it already is.
The body has a light relic with some checking in the nitro finish and a little wear around the edges. Nobody ages a guitar better than Bluesman Vintage.
This guitar retails new for $2599.00 + $75 shipping. The Bigsby is a $135 option. It also includes a Guardian 600 Series Duraguard Gig bag. That's a total retail value of $2809.00 with a build time of about 4-6 months. (Original invoice is available upon request)
