1992 Gibson Les Paul Standard Heritage Cherry Burst LEFT HAND
Weight 9.15 lbs Serial # 92552493
This 1992, "Good Wood" era Gibson Les Paul Standard is a great guitar! The early '90s was one Gibson's best eras and this guitar fits the part. It boasts a mahogany body with a maple top, '60s style mahogany neck with bound rosewood fingerboard, 498T/490R humbuckers that sound amazing, pots date 1992. All electronics work as they should.
Monster sound and sustain as you would expect from a 1992 Les Paul. This was no case queen but is in great condition as you can see in the pictures. The only changes I see are the strap buttons, nice heavy guitar with lots of sustain. All electronics sound great with no issues, the body shows typical wear for a 29 year old guitar, you can see the back has some rash but nothing major, the top has some wear of the color at the top edge along the binding and just a couple tiny marks other wise it's excellent. The back of the neck has a few minor marks, if you look at the nut on the low E side there is a chip but it does not effect anything. The head stock has some marks most noted is a nick on the top edge at the high E string. Over all a smokin guitar ready to be played. Comes with the Gibson case Nothing takes away from it's playability and killer sound. frets are in good shape with nu buzzing, neck is straight and the truss rod works freely. All in all a great vintage guitar, now the case has done it's job and shows some use. A couple lackes are broke, the lock is broke and as you can see it is now a 2 piece case. You can though still close the few latches that do work and carry the guitar with no problem
