Very cool guitar. In a way it is like an explorer, but this one is comfy to play sitting.
Surprisenly not heavy 7.8lbs as those flame ends are hollow.
Early 2000's, hand made by an ex BC Rich design lead in a small run.
Feels and sounds like a blend of a Les Paul and SG. the Pre-Productions have much better tops (look at the figure it's gorgeous, even better in person) and are handmade.
Pickups are Seymour Duncan's.
Ebony board w/ very intricate inlays.
This guitar had a marketing campaign: "Scientifically engineered for maximum tone". It has a bunch of weight relief in certain spots to let notes resonate more.
It is easy to play sitting or standing and actually quite comfortable.
