McIlroy AS55 16th Anniversary Bubinga Western Red Cedar 2016

The AS series is a small jumbo similar in size to a classical guitar. Although a little less in volume than any of the other models, it’s size still belies the volume which these guitars can produce. Many of McIlroy's customers find this guitar a much more manageable size, especially classical players and those more used to the OM size of guitar.

This 2016 AS55 was made to celebrate McIlroys 16th anniversary. The instrument is in near mint condition and travels in the original hardshell case. Features include Bubinga back and sides, a Western Red Cedar top, and a 5-piece mahogany/maple/rosewood neck with ebony fretboard.

The details on this guitar are all very tasteful, like the maple/pear/rosewood purfling and cocobolo headstock veneer. This one has got that little extra flair, and it makes for a spectacular guitar!
