My precision bass was stolen from my home here in Ft. Worth. The PD was able to trace it (along with several of my other guitars) back to First Cash Pawn in Haltom City who no longer had it in their possession and refused to help. Monetary value aside, this bass was deeply loved and passed to me upon my fathers early demise. Its disappearance has caused much distress and disharmony, and Im sure has my father "rolling over in the grave".

4 string 1953 Fender Precision Bass Guitar with black on black body and original pickguard, single coil pickup, original chrome control plate loaded with chrome volume & toneknobs. The chrome bridge has the serial #0208 and the words FENDER PATENT inscribed upon it. 20 fret, bolt on maple neck and the headstock has 4 chrome tuning keys with the Fender logo and Precision Bass label just below the tuning keys. Original pick-up, pick-up & bridge covers, and potentiometers were kept in its black Fender hard-shell case along with the cammo pattern shoulder strap. There’s a slight dent in the body close to the top strap button and a couple of tiny dings on the front down by the bridge. Serial # 0208.

If anyone has any information on the whereabouts of Blackie (as opposed to Blondie) please reach out to me!
