DG-7 was made in Indonesia in 1999, at the Yako factory.
The DG-7 (Fender Part No. 095-070) was made from 1995-2000 and 2003-2005. It is a dreadnought style guitar with a spruce top, round soundhole, meranti back/sides, 14/20 fret rosewood fingerboard, rosewood bridge, pickguard, 3-per side chrome turners, and was available in a high gloss natural finish. This was built in what is called the 'High Gloss Natural' finish.
The Indonesian Fender DG series was made mainly between 1996 and 1998, the 'heyday' of those production runs.
A smaller number were made in 1995, and the very last ones were pushed out of the factory in 1999.The guitar originally retailed for $229.
Is in very good condition except the one major ding on the front above the sound hole. Yeah. That one hurt. Nothing a cool sticker couldn't cover up and otherwise very well cared for!
