Equator Instruments Languedoc style Hollowbody Guitar

This is an excellent example of an early Equator Guitar. It looks more Languedoc G4 then the Trey Anastasio associated G2 Languedoc. However it is fully hollow underneath, and can really summon those classic Trey sounds while remaining an excellent all-around instrument. Very minimal bracing on the inside. It was $3500 new. NOTE: This guitar has been modified from its original form, and it’s not cosmetically perfect. I am not the first owner. Previous owner sold it to me because the weight of the locking Planet Waves tuners made it nose dive, and it was difficult to play while standing. A luthier added some weight to the original body; a maple back plate and some additional maple on the sides. This balanced the guitar nicely. I never got around to having the project completed, but Tone is unaffected.  Please look at all pictures and ask all question PRIOR to putting in an offer or purchasing. Thank you!

There is a a check in the nitro finish where the headstock meets the neck (see pics). The wood under it is unaffected.
