Think of this pedal as the "Unbuffer".
It takes a low impedance signal from a buffered pedal and converts it to a high impedance level of a passive guitar pickup.
This pedal is really useful for placing in between a buffered pedal and classic style fuzz pedals and treble boosters.
This pedal is also useful for players that have active pickups or wireless units that want to use classic style fuzz pedals and treble boosters
You can also use it for re-amping guitar tracks from an audio interface to effects or amps that prefer a high impedance input
The knob varies the resistance to emulate the series resistance of different pickups. The switch simulates the inductance of a single coil pickup in the down position and a humbucker in the up position.
This is a completely passive pedal and requires no power.
