I made this one in 2016 and it was one that I put away for myself . But it's not doing any musician any good sitting around. This one like all the others is made with natural sustainable products that produce a superior instrument. #19 has a beautiful neck profile and feel. The action is fast and smooth and the profile is compounded and gentle on your hands with rolled edges. The swamp ash was sourced from a logger from Vancouver, who's a tele player and gets some beautiful slabs. The Neck is an All Parts Fender Licensed raw neck that I fashion and finish with a mixture of Tung Oil and Damar varnish, applied in many thin layers. This is a great finish for the the back of the neck at it is never sticks unless wax is applied. #19 has a Schroeder nickle bridge with compensated brass saddles, GFS Mini HB and Bridge pickup, CTS pots, Switchcraft switch and output jack and Fender straplock buttons with the strap hooks included in the hardshell case.
This is a great playing and sounding instrument. If over time you are interested in installing a P90 soapbar, the route on the bridge will accommodate it.
