Up for sale is my Martin 12 String Acoustic/Electric guitar. This is a great guitar the thing is I never play it and just hangs on the wall just like in the pics. These are selling brand new at Guitar Center for $680 plus tax. This guitar is like new no scratches or buckle rash or anything, like new condition. If you are in the Market for a nice 12 at a great price here it is. I also have a new set of strings I will throw in along with a cheap hard shell case. Case is not gig worthy but it will keep it safe till you get it home. I purchased this in 2011 so it is 9 years old. We all know that as the wood ages it sounds better and better. It has a solid Sitka Spruce Top. I have just installed new strings on it and the guitar sounds great.
