UPS dropped it in shipping. Grrrr. Frame is broken in two places (see photos and video of sides; could be spot welded).
It still turns on (see video link), motors and switches work. When turned on everything seems to function, except I get no movement on the VU meters, but this will be "as is" for parts or repair. Has no side panels, but has a rack mount frame that is just a little bent.
If you have a 5050 series recorder you know how expensive parts are, so this really is a steal for the right buyer.
Lot of life on the heads.
Local pickup certainly preferred, but will ship ($75 fee).
