- Bell has a large dent near the edge (see photos)
- 3 dents just above the logo (see photos)
- Main slide is dented and missing water key (see photos)
- Tubing at back of instrument has two small dents (see photos)
- Approximately 30% of the original lacquer is missing (see photos)
