Samick Resonator from the 90s. I believe these were made in Korea. You can definitely get some good slide sounds out of it! However it could probably benefit from some bigger strings. I think it's got a spruce top and mahogany back and sides, but I'm no woods expert and couldn't find anymore info on this exact model.
With the ones on it though it has a great action for someone who wants to do more upright slide style playing as opposed to playing it on their lap.
I don't know much about dobros, but as I understand it this is more of an entry level offering. So it's a great instrument for someone who wants to get their feet wet in the Resonator world. Resonators can be upgraded to grow along with the player, so if you pick it up, and learn some licks and really like it it's a good platform to upgrade.
Has a couple scuffs one would expect a guitar to find along the way, but is in overall excellent condition.
