This is what's known as a "Kalamazoo Special". An instrument made by Gibson, but assembled by a worker at home.
A lovely soprano ukulele, built of all Gibson parts by a Kalamazoo Gibson employee.
It's a particularly good sounding ukulele and it comes with a nice gig bag. It has more modern tuners (that is to say they're not friction tuners) so it's easy to keep it in tune.
