About This Listing

This is a Pro-series RR5 thru-neck, built in Japan. The instrument was gigged heavily for 2-3 years but hasn’t been used since 2011. It never came with a case so I used to transport it in a bass sized gig bag, hence the instrument has many battle scars. Whilst the back of the neck and the fretboard are unscathed, the body and the headstock have considerable wear. The larger ‘fin’ has had a couple of accidents and has been re-glued in 2 places with the very top missing (see photo). The frets are very good and the electrics work perfectly, although the tip of the selector switch is missing. The action is very very good and I’d be more than happy gig with it today as is. I’m not keen on posting it as I don’t have a case but would be happy to drive to meet the buyer.
