Valley International 400 - Valley People Channel Strip - Serviced! - Compressor - Preamp- EQ- Gate

This is a high quality USA made channel strip from Valley International, the successor to Valley People. The company made high quality rack equipment out of Tennessee and was formed by engineer and innovator Paul Buff who recorded Frank Zappa as well as the hit single "Wipeout" by the Surfaris.

The Valley 400 Mic processor is specifically designed for vocal microphones, and provides a necessary link between microphones and audio interfaces. It features a high quality microphone preamplifier, 3 band tone EQ control compressor, expander, noise gate and de-esser.

This unit has been serviced for optimum performance.

• All electrolytic capacitors have been replaced with Nichicon Gold audio grade capacitors.

• All pots have been replaced with Bourns potentiometers.

• The voltage regulators have also been replaced with new nylon screws and treated with thermal grease.

• An aftermarket fan was added to the back of this unit to keep the power section cool.

This unit is in good used condition, there's a bit of rack rash and fading paint. All jacks and knobs are functional, it has been checked, cleaned and is ready to go!
