There's no doubt that Jimmy Page, as the sole guitar player in Led Zeppelin, changed the world. His riffs, licks, and arranging abilities, paved the way for innumerable rock outfits, not to mention left us all with chills. This awesome Telecaster is a remake of the guitar that he was using for Led Zeppelin's debut, down to the original, one-of-a-kind design Jimmy hand-painted himself. Featuring timeless Telecaster build, Jimmy Page inspired appointments, and Jimmy Page Custom Tele pickups, this axe is a must have for any fan of Jimmy and Led Zeppelin.

Timeless Telecaster Build
In the early days of Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Page was rocking a Telecaster in a way no one had before. This Fender Artist Signature model is a tribute to that classic guitar. Shaped from ash and finished in a satin lacquer, it's outfitted with a Jimmy Page Custom Thin "D" maple neck. It's capped with a 7.25" radius slab rosewood fingerboard, giving you a smooth feel from top to bottom. This Tele has a "Top-Loader" bridge in 3-saddle vintage style, which lets you string through the body or top-load strings, for warmer tone and easier bending.

Jimmy Page Inspired Appointments
Without a doubt the first thing that you notice about this guitar is the beautiful, unique design across the body. It's an exact replica of the design Jimmy painted on his own Tele—swirls of green, red, and blue, in an image reminiscent of a dragon. The pickguard is a custom refractive material under a clear top, a perfect complement to the design that surrounds it. The neck is finished in a Road Worn nitrocellulose lacquer, giving it a vintage look. There are also 21 vintage-style frets lining the fretboard, along with classic dot inlays. Jimmy's signature even appears on the headstock, below the Fender Vintage-Style tuners.

Jimmy Page Custom Tele Pickups
To get vintage led Zeppelin sound, Fender outfitted this guitar with Jimmy Page Custom Tele single-coil pickups at the neck and bridge. These pickups have blazing classic rock sound, which will immediately bring you back to early Zeppelin tones. The three-way switch, plus volume and tone knobs, give you the ability to shape your sound to find your style, or to perfectly emulate whatever Zeppelin tune you want.
