About This Listing
1967 Martin Guitar style D-12-35, serial number 220497. Excellent condition.
Brazilian rosewood back and sides, Bone nut & saddle, slotted head-stock, original Martin factory finish, OHC, owned since 1977.
Condition: no scratches, dents, dings, cold crazing or pick scratches. No fret wear. One hair-line top surface crack below pick guard (see photo).
Maintenance History: neck reset & fret work in June 2007. Maintained by luthier. Last set up and inspection June 2020.
Lightly played over the years, excellent action and phenomenal sound quality.
