S Series Build
Shaped with comfortable contours and smooth double cutaways, this guitar is a true S Series at heart. The body is cut from nyatoh and topped with flamed maple, for a nice, solid tone and lustrous aesthetics. The ultra-fast Nitro Wizard 5-piece panga panga/walnut neck will never let you down when you speed up, and the bound macassar ebony fretboard maintains quality sustain and high-grade feel.
Axion Label Specs
This guitar has so many sweet specs it's hard to know where to begin. Start with jumbo Sub Zero treated frets—engineered to resist wear and give you the fastest, most accurate playability imaginable. The fretboard also showcases cool, but subtle, white step off-set dot inlays. A Standard Gibraltar II bridge keeps the strings tight and the intonation dead on, with Gotoh MG-T locking machine heads on the other end doing their part. This guitar even comes with Schaller S-Locks strap lock pins, so you never have to fear damaging this bad boy when you're rocking real hard.
Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers with Coil-Tap Switch
The electronics on this guitar are next level. The S61AL Axion Label sports dual Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers at the neck and bridge. These pickups were engineered for awesome sound. There's also a Fishman Fluence voicing switch on the volume control. With a pull of the knob, you can switch from modern, high-output pickups, to a slightly more subdued, smoothed out sound. With a volume knob and three-way switch, you'll have more than enough sonic options to create your style.
