About This Listing

1972 Fender Stratocaster. A great early-’70s player’s grade Stratocaster! Good condition with moderate finish wear. Replaced bridge pickup, frets, string tree, truss rod nut, tone knob, brass nut and pickup selector switch. This guitar was previously modified for an ’80s Fender System One two-point tremolo bridge and shows some slight widening at the back of the trem cavity, stud screw holes and a few small extra holes on the headstock from an additional string tree. Features a comfortable, versatile medium C-shaped neck with great playability and the pickups sound excellent providing a clear, bell-like tone with the classic mid-scooped Strat sound! Includes original hardshell case.
