What we do before we ship:
Complete setup of the instrument. We make the following adjustments if necessary:
Check for any imperfections
•Trus Rod Adjustment
•String height / action to perfection
•Level, Crown, Polish frets
•Confirm there are no high frets or buzz
•File any sharp fret edges
•Adjust pickup heights
•Test to make sure all electronics are working properly
•Check and adjust intonation
•Make sure fretboard is not dry
•Tighten tuning keys
•Check Nut height, slot depth and lubricate
•Check and adjust bridge
•Clean and polish guitar
