To the best of my knowledge, this is a 1960’s De’Armand guitar pick up for flat top guitars. Full of mojo. Think Elmore James here. I used this pick up system in my 1992 Gibson J45 Acoustic for over a decade and I just love the sound it produces. This one doesn't have the volume black wheel but it works as good as with it. This is why you get such a good price for this vintage gear. No pitting or rust anywhere.
