Vintage Garrard 301 Transcription Turntable with a custom machined Chrome Platter. Full Restoration by CTC the worlds best 301 restorers. This thing is dead quiet when it’s spinning all measures were takin so that no vibration would effect the motor and platter. The Plinth was made by DAS Plinth in Austria and is equipped to hold two tone arms a 12 “ and a 9”. The 12” tonearm is a special piece made by Italian Recording Engineer Alfred Bokkard it’s a Ortofon AS-212 Alfred Bokkard custom 12”. The other 9” arm actual it’s a 10” high mass tonearm Japanese Vintage made by Ikeda San for Fidelity Research FR-64S very high quality and is one of the best from Fidelity Research. Comes with matching Fidelity Research FR-7f cartridge with very low hrs on it. Both Fidelity Research arm and cartridge ($5,000) are responsible for almost half the cost of this setup.
