Designed to plug into the amp OR the instrument by swapping two wires in the unit!
Works and sounds just like the day I bought it!
Works with one 9 volt battery.
I've actually plugged it into the side of another pedal and it works that way too!
There is a trim pot inside the unit so you can adjust the amount of effect it give you too
