This is a parlor guitar from the 1900s, I think. No maker's mark but similar to Lyon and Healy and other makers from that era. Birch sides and back with nice faux-rosewood paint job, spruce top, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, ladder bracing, wood purfling, celluloid front and back binding, soft V neck. Measures 36.25" x 9.25/12.75" x 3.75", 1-27/32" nut, 24.25" scale, 1/8" action at the 12th fret. Very good condition with recent neck reset, re-glued braces, dent fixes, neck planed, frets leveled/dressed; several visible scratches and a few owner's "autographs". Plays easily and sounds great with silk and steel strings. Contemporary chipboard case.
