About This Listing

For sale is the holy grail of all fuzzes, a 1966 Arbiter England (pre-Dallas) Fuzz Face effects pedal with the original NKT275 red dot transistors.
This pedal sounds absolutely incredible. End your search for the perfect fuzz here, this is the tone you are after! The unit is in perfect working order, the pots are clean and the switch is responsive. The pedal is in great overall condition for it's age with minimal cosmetic wear from use.
This particular Fuzz Face is all original except for the jacks, knobs, and rubber feet. The knobs and feet are perfect repros of vintage specs, the jacks are vintage style cliff jacks. The circuitry is all original and the original tone is all there. It appears some of the soldering has been touched up and a small section was repaired on the backside of the board. Everything works perfectly and this obviously does not impact function whatsoever.

One pot dates production to October, 1966 (code 10-6), the other dates to September, 1966 (9-6). The fall of 1966 is when they began producing Fuzz Faces, this is one of the first produced!
